Chloe has arrived!

About two weeks ago, I mentioned that Julie and Tom were awaiting the arrival of their daughter. Literally as I wrote that post, Chloe Elisabeth Mavis was born. Mom, Dad, and baby are doing well and Dan and I can't wait to meet Chloe at Christmas!
